Primary Teachers (Math • Science • Technology) ×6
You have: A B.Ed/Science degree, primary teaching experience, and a love for experiments, tech, and makerspaces.
You’ll do: Create inquiry plans, lead outdoor learning, manage documentation, and build strong family partnerships.
Head Teacher • Assistant Teachers • Interns
Head Teacher: Lead pedagogy, coach your team, and ensure top-tier safety and documentation.
Assistants & Interns: Support daily routines, facilitate play, document learning, and communicate warmly with families.
Lead Naturalist • Leadership Trainers • Assistants
You have: Deep knowledge of local flora/fauna, leadership skills, and a passion for outdoor safety (First Aid, water safety).
You'll do: Lead nature interpretation, guide leadership challenges (like raft building!), and ensure meticulous safety protocols.
Reading • Language • SEN Coaches
You have: Expertise in the Science of Reading, executive function, or special education (SEN/Autism).
You'll do: Deliver targeted interventions, monitor progress with data, and provide clear, compassionate feedback to parents.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sponsor training?
Yes! We provide First Aid/CPR for all staff, specialized Wilderness First Aid for forest roles, and ongoing micro‑credentials in Finnish pedagogy and social-emotional learning (SEL).
I’m new to Forest School. Can I still apply?
Absolutely. We hire for mindset and passion. If you have a love for nature and a growth-oriented attitude, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed in our unique approach.
What about salaries and compensation?
Our roles are structured in bands (L1–L6) with clear salary steps. We offer competitive pay with added premiums for specialized skills, outdoor work, and weekend sessions.
Are your internships paid?
Yes, we offer both paid internships and credit-bearing options for students, depending on the agreements with their university or educational institution.
